Gardner Denver high pressure pumps

We have been manufacturing high-pressure units for many years using the Gardner Denver high pressure pumps. They have an alloy-steel crankshaft with tapered roller bearings, ductile-iron connecting rods with automotive-type split-insert bearings and diaphragm seals installed with o-rings or gaskets and neoprene-oil seals. Most crankshafts are double ended for left or right side drive. The standard Fluid-end materials are stainless steel with tungsten carbide or colmonoy coated stainless steel plungers. All pumps are designed with the user in mind, including Fluid-ends that offer a variety of flows and pressure and can be easily disassembled using common hand tools.

Various Fluid-end designs for your efficiency:

Sectionalized Fluid-end design:
pressure up to 690 Bar (10.000 PSI).

The sectionalized Fluid-end is designed for pumps that produce high horsepower and flows. The design features individualized stuffing boxes and fluid cylinders with common suction and discharge manifolds. It produces flows up to 825 liter per minute (218 GPM) and offers up to 750 hp. When compared to large mono block Fluid-ends, this pumps offers cost and weight savings and provides greater ease of cylinder replacement and maintenance when necessary. This Fluid-end may be equipped with inserted valves with replaced elastomer inserts.

Standard L Fluid-end design:
pressure up to 1035 Bar (15.000 PSI).

For more than 30 years the L-design Fluid-end has provided dependable service in thousands of installations worldwide. It is available with up to 500 horsepower and flows up to 382 liter per minute (101 GPM) This Fluid-end can be completely rebuilt in the field in about 30 minutes and features volumetric efficiencies in excess of 90 percent.

Inline Fluid-end design:
pressure up to 2500 Bar (36.000 PSI).

This unique Inline Fluid-end offers the highest volumetric efficiency and the most reliable performance in the industry today. It can be equipped with our patented torque plate, which permits field disassembly with ordinary tools. With thousands in service this fluid-end has become the industry standard for rugged dependability and ease of maintenance. The Inline Fluid-end is available up to 750 horsepower and flows up to 276 liter per minute (73 GPM).
