One of the special products of Jetting Systems Europe BV and a sign of technical know how and experience is the Semi-Automatic Concrete Renovation Robot.
The CRR is a manually controlled robot that is designed for semi-automatic cleaning jobs in combination with high-pressure water and especially for concrete demolition with the use of high-pressure water jetting technique. High-pressure water jets are very common in the construction industry.

Cutting concrete, surface preparation and hydro demolition have been done for many years with manual tools. Because of the larger horse power pumps, higher pressures, safety regulations and production rates the demand for an automatic robotic system soon appeared. In reaction to this, our skilled staff in combination with the input and experience from our customers has resulted in the development of a great tool for the concrete renovation and hydro demolition industry - the SP-01000-MAN and the SP-02000-MAN semi automatic concrete renovation robots. Both robots are built on a basic construction frame that is hydraulically driven by two endless tracks.

The endless tracks are carried out with an adjustable driven shaft and pressure rollers. Proportional hydraulic valves are controlled by a "Programmable Logic Controller" (PLC) in combination with a clear "Alarm-annunciator". The "PLC" will be electrically fed by the engine through a watertight control panel and will control the proportional hydraulic valves by previous selected program steps. The adjusted steps can be affected by means of a manual potentiometer. This feature ensures that the control of the proportional hydraulic valves is very accurate. As all equipment of Jetting Systems Europe BV, the robots are manufactured according and with "CE" mark and fulfills to the fundamental safety regulations which are stated by the European Union. Additional to the SP-01000-MAN, the SP-02000-MAN comes with a vertical climbing construction (mast), in which a movable construction can "climb" up and down.

The beam equipped with the movable high-pressure water swivel or oscillator is flanged onto this movable construction. Because of the flanged constructions and the extendable climbing mast the robots are able to work in multiple positions. The SP robots are used by satisfied customers spread across the world. From the USA to Japan the SP robots have proven their capacities in different applications.
